My Journey

My journey into meditation began during the Covid-19 pandemic whilst working as a critical care nurse. Looking for ways to manage stress and quiet a busy mind, I discovered meditation through yoga and gradually built a regular practice.

After becoming a mum, its value became even clearer. Meditation became a way of creating space amidst the demands of work, family life and everyday responsibilities.

Today, I'm passionate about creating supportive and accessible spaces where others can pause, reconnect with themselves and prioritise their wellbeing.

My happy place is by, or in, the sea.

I love reading and enjoy having a little time to myself with a good book.

I'm a mum and know first-hand how busy life can be.

I'm not very good at sitting still. Meditation is one of the few things that helps me slow down.
