Counselling and Psychotherapy
Online . Petersfield . Chichester
I offer a warm, non-judgemental space for both adults and young people.Â
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, confusing or simply not quite how you imagined it would be. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, relationships, confidence, loss, university or work, or you're questioning where you are in life, therapy can provide a space to pause, reflect and make sense of what you're experiencing.

I’m Jasmine Tucker, a qualified counsellor and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP

Hi, I'm Jasmine.
I'm an accredited counsellor and psychotherapist (BACP).
I have over 9 years experience working as a counsellor. I have experience working in private practice, schools, university and for charities. Â

I understand that everyone's circumstances are different, which is why I don't believe therapy should be a one-size-fits-all experience.

My role is to listen, understand and work alongside you to explore what you're going through.

The Benefits of Counselling
Does the following sound or feel familiar?

"I cant stop replaying that conversation in my head"
Â
"I am doing well on paper but I still feel low"
Â
"I don't feel excited by the things that used to excite me"
Â
"why does it feel like everyone around me is smashing it and I am struggling?"
Â
Counselling can benefit you! It can make you;
• Feel less overwhelmed and more grounded
• Understand yourself and your patterns more clearly
• Build healthier boundaries and relationships
• Develop kinder self talk and greater self acceptance
• Find ways to cope with anxiety, stress and low mood
Everyone’s journey is different, but you don’t have to do it alone. If this resonates with you, you’re welcome to reach out and book a session.
How I Work
I am an integrative counsellor, which means I draw on different therapeutic approaches and psychological theories depending on your individual needs.
I believe that every person is unique, and there is no single approach to therapy that works for everyone. I therefore work collaboratively with you to understand what you need from therapy and to find an approach that feels right for you.
My aim is to provide a safe, supportive and confidential space where you can talk openly, without judgement, and explore whatever may be bringing you to counselling.
